Seller’s Instructions

Thank you for your interest in being a seller at our upcoming resale!

Here is all the information that you need to know in order to prepare for a successful resale:

Seller's Instructions: PDF Document

Adobe acrobat reader is the application that reads PDF documents, and it is FREE — it's all you need to be able to receive, open and read PDF documents. It only takes a few minutes to download.  (click here if you need to download the free Acrobat PDF reader)

If you are unable to read / download the Seller's Instruction PDF, please contact the "Resale Coordinator" at info@momsofmultiples.org to have a hard-copy sent to you.

Please read these instructions in their entirety prior to the resale setup (even if you’ve been a seller at past resales) as the information is continually being updated from one resale to the next.

Get on the list! If you haven’t done so already, please be sure to contact the "Resale Coordinator" at info@momsofmultiples.org as soon as possible to be added to the official seller’s list and to receive your seller’s number. You will use your seller’s number and first name and/or initals in completing price tags for your merchandise (please see the “Pricing” section for more detailed information on this).

Seller Fee: The current cost for active MOMs members to participate as sellers is 10% of your total sales, with a $10 minimum and $50 maximum fee. The Seller's Fee helps cover part of the costs of operating the resale. For your convenience, Seller's Fees will simply be deducted from the seller's payout at the conclusion of the resale.

Alumni MOMs members can participate as sellers at the above seller's fees, plus an alumni fee of $15.

Please note that only current (paid) members or alumni members of the club can participate as sellers in the resale. Membership dues need to be paid prior to the date of the resale. For more information on how to join or renew your membership, visit: http://momsofmultiples.org/join.html.

Sellers are required to attend the setup on Friday night and the Resale itself on Saturday. More details are provided in the "Schedule" section of the Seller's Instructions.
