Moms of Multiples is a Chicago-based group of mothers and mothers-to-be of multiples (twins and more).

Memberships are available in 1-year and 2-year terms. Our membership year begins on September 1 and all memberships expire on August 31. A partial-year discounted membership rate will be available after April 15th in the form of a $20 credit toward next year's membership.
